Welcome to BKT Trades (the “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, stock recommendations, newsletters, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans that provide access to our stock recommendations, analyses, and related content.

• Monthly Subscription: You will be charged a recurring fee of $15 every month on the same date you originally subscribed (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Services until the end of the paid month.
• No refunds will be issued for any partial months, unused portions of the subscription, or for any billing period that has already begun.

2. Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s).
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis.
• If your payment method fails, we may attempt to charge it again or suspend your access until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price increase, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support@[yourcompany].com.

• Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds will be provided for any remaining days in the current month.
• Once canceled, you will lose access to premium content at the end of the paid period.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use of the Services
• Dissatisfaction with the content or recommendations
• Technical issues on your end

This policy applies even if you cancel mid-month. You are responsible for the full monthly fee for any billing period that has started.

5. Use of the Services and Content

• The Services and all Content (stock recommendations, analyses, articles, etc.) are for informational and educational purposes only.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Content without our prior written consent.
• You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the Services using your account.

6. Account Registration and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on the Website are owned by Bkt trades or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal use only during your active subscription.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any stock recommendations.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
